Send items for clearance

HR manager sends clearance request to various department within the company to ensure that access privileges are revoked when a person leaves, and may also cover other issues such as the recovery of equipment, keys and credit cards to ensure that security integrity is maintained.

To send the clearance request log in as the HR manager, click on Manage << Manage employee exit << send items for clearance

On next screen choose the name of the employees in various department to provide clearance for exiting employee and click on the Send items for clearance button.

Confirmation message appears as follows

When employee gets clearance from various department HR manager is notified as below

HR manager can view the clearance status clicking on “On Clearance” box on Manage Employee Exit Page

Once all the departments of the company provide clearance  information HR manager can move the employee to full and final settlement.
