The Send Password to Employees functionality allows you to send the passwords that exist in the system to the selected employees through email.
To send password to employees, you need to:
1. Log into the system as HR Admin/HR Manager.
2. Go to Settings >>Employee management >>Employee communication.
The Employee communication page appears, as shown in Figure 1
3. Select the employee(s) to whom you want to send the passwords from Select Employee(s) field.
The passwords are successfully sent to selected employees and a message suggesting the same appears, as shown in Figure 2.
