The competency form displays the competencies added to the form. The competency form allows an employee to rate themselves and receive ratings from the manager on the defined competencies.
To fill the Competencies form, you need to:
- Log into the system as an Employee.
- Open the appraisal form. To know how to initiate the Appraisal form, click Fill Appraisal Form.
- Click Competencies tab (if you are on some other tab).
The Competencies page appears, as shown in Figure 1.
The page allows an employee to choose rating on the competencies appearing on the page and provide your comments on each of the competencies.
- Select the appropriate rating on which you rate yourself from the Select Rating dropdown next to Employee field for the corresponding competency.
- Provide your comments on the competency in the text field for the corresponding competency.
- Click Save to save the form after rating yourself on all the competencies. The form is successfully saved and will be submitted to the next level with the appraisal.
