Manage Challans

The help page describes how to manage challans in Empxtrack. The manage challan information functionality allows handling of challans and taxation through Empxtrack system.

The Online Tax Accounting System (OLTAS) allows collection, accounting, and reporting of the receipts and payments of Direct Taxes on-line through a network of bank branches. Under OLTAS, only a Single Copy Challan is used with a tear off portion for the Tax Payer.

The manage challan info functionality allows HR Manager/ HR Admin to capture challans for employees whose salaries are finalized. It also allows capturing and managing the details of challan ITNS281, generating form 24Q and capture Acknowledgment No. information.
