View Leave Transactions

As an employee, you can view the leave transactions that took place in your leave account. Through leave transactions, you can find out on which date the leave were debited and credited to your account. This topic discusses how leave transactions can be viewed.

To view leave transactions, you need to:

  1. Log into the system as an employee.
  2. Go to My Profile >> My Leave.

    The My Leave page appears, as shown in Figure 1.

  3. Click Leave Transactions tab.

    The Leave Transactions tab appears, as shown in Figure 2.

    The page displays the details of leave transactions that took place in your account in the current year for each leave type that is available to you.

    The leave that are approved and debited from your leave account appears as link in the Leave Type column. You can click on a link to view the corresponding leave details.

    The page also allows you to filter the leave transaction records on the basis of month and leave type. You can also view the leave transactions between desired period through custom filter.

  4. Deselect the leave type for which you do not want to see the leave transactions.
  5. Click This Month subtab to view the leave transactions of the current month.

    The leave transactions that took place in the current month appear, as shown in Figure 3.

  6. Click Custom Filter sub tab to view the leave transactions between the desired time period.

    The Custom Filter page appears, as shown in Figure 4.

  7. Select the desired start date and end date for which you want to view the leave transactions from the Start Date and End date calendar controls respectively.
  8. Click Go.

    The leave transactions between the specified start date and end date appear.
