To edit other details of an employee, you need to:
1. Log into the system as Employee/Manager/HR Manager and follow the respective path to reach employee details page. Learn more about path to follow.
2. Click on the Edit button of the Other Details section of My Personal Details /My Team Dashboard page, as shown in Figure.
The Employment Details >> Modify page appears, as shown in Figure.
3. Select your citizenship from Citizen Of dropdown and provide your birth place in City of Birth Place field.
4. Select your Religion, Blood Group, and Handicap Status (if any) from their respective dropdowns and then click Save.
The other details provided by you are saved successfully and sent for approval for HR Manager. The workflow used for approval appears at the top of the window.
5. Click Edit button next to Hobbies field.
Your Hobbies & Interests window appears, as shown in Figure.
6. Click Add to add your hobbies and interests.
The window displays the editable fields to allow you to add your hobbies, as shown in Figure.
7. Provide your hobby in the textbox on the window and click Save.
8. Click Exit to exit the window.
The hobby is successfully updated and a message suggesting the same appears, as shown in Figure.
9. Click Edit button near Languages Known field.
The Languages Known >> Add window appears.
10. Select the language that you want to add from Language Details dropdown and then select the proficiency level of the language from the Proficiency dropdown.
11. Provide any additional details about the language in More Details field and then click Save.
The language that you have added is successfully added and a message suggesting the same appears.
12. Click Exit to exit the window.
